Home of the Month | April 2012

Congratulations to the April 2012 Home of the Month! Your hard work and dedication has made your home a beautiful place to live.

Our April Home of the Month belongs to Tim Mulligan, Nioma Brown, and their son Eric at 776 26th Ave. North. Built in 1945, this Minimal Traditional home boasts all the characteristics of the period, with front facing gables, massive chimney, colonial detailing, and a small front porch. With oak floors throughout, this post-Depression home boasts all the charm for the era. Tim and Nioma purchased ten years ago, previously living on 25th Ave North. With both being avid bike riders, they find Crescent Heights to be the perfect location for this family. Tim is an engineer, working at Tampa Tank in Ybor City, Nioma is a nurse practitioner at Diagnostic Clinic in Largo, and Eric is a junior at St. Petersburg High School IB program. When speaking to Nioma, I found out she doesn’t like to cook and would rather be outside gardening. (We will have to work on her with that!) What I loved most about the house was the bright, airy kitchen, very comfortable living room, and fabulous yard. With great neighbors like Tim Mulligan and Nioma Brown, why live anywhere else? – Erica Allums
